My life brought me to yoga. I was not first really excited about this practice, also because the teaching of my instructor was not fitting to me. But I go on my practice, find a new yoga teacher who help me in my pathologies, to relax my mind and my body.

  

To be honest, first, it was difficult to practice often. I was not really motivated.

  

But I mention that each time I was practicing each time my stress and emotions was under control and for all day. 

  

I was able to control my mind which was coming before easily into a whirlpool.

  

I was able to manage my attitude and emotions each time I have to face unexpected time or have too much tasks to do. Practicing yoga make me realize how much it was curing my attitude and negative emotions. Till then I never quite practicing yogic methods.

  

From there, the cure was so beneficial, that I became yoga teacher and ayurvedic therapist. And for 7 years now, I help people to heal naturally with Yoga and Ayurveda sciences. I improve and cure their daily life and I’m specialized in Stress and emotional management, and weightloss because everything is linked.
